LINK TO LIFE” Scene With Tea

Suggestion for NICHIJO SA (HAN) JI [Everyday Tea Time]
To live life to the fullest and to appreciate all the little things are easy to say but hard to do.The Japanese word of NICHIJO SA HAN JI means everyday occurrences.A cup of tea of “CHA NO KOTO“ of the word may imply a space between daily and nondaily life to open up our sense, soothe our heart, and connect people.
In this exhibition, we will expand a possibility of enjoying and tasting Japanese tea as well as taste the space sharing peace and stimulation in everyday life.
Would you like a cup of tea today?

“TEA TIME”
Enjoying Time Ticking
It is more important to have a heart to feel a richness of a limited time to drink tea than spending a rich time while drinking tea.Ancient people drink tea while watching Kakejiku [a hanging scroll] in season and think of a mariage with the world of Kakejiku.I wonder if many people who live now give up having such a comfortable life despite wishing the moment.
In this exhibition, we hope that you will enjoy the time with tea by meeting here with beautiful photos by the artists and tea made in our good faith as if the ancient people find the experience of the time with the Kakejiku and the tea in season.
